Crazy kids. Luke has done that before...except his face was colored in different colors. It was really pretty. And he cried when I took him into the bathroom to wash it all off.
I don't know what it is, but they have a fascination with coloring themselves. We have had several FHE based on the sacredness of our bodies and taking care of our bodies, but it doesn't seem to be sinking in. It might have something to do with the fact that I can't help but smile and take pictures. They are always so proud of themselves :)
Well, I think as long as your a little kid, drawing on yourself is perfectly allowable. And, since it's not permanent, it's probably not much more 'evil' than simply getting dirty. It's just part of childhood I figure! At least they didn't decorate furniture or walls. :) I love seeing their proud happy little faces. Sophia loves drawing on herself, and me, and Henry, and paper. Luckily, that's it.
Danny and Darcie met at Utah State University, where he swept Darcie out of his roommate's arms and into his own. We have been enjoying married life ever since.
I love my kids and I love this picture! Mary, Allen and Derrick in perfect picture bliss.
Mary
Our Mary munchkin is full of (insert emotion) just waiting to explode into our lives. She marches to the beat of her own humming, and knows how to get what she wants from her parents and friends.
Derrick
Derrick dude is quite literally a duuuuuude (say with California surfer accent). He is easy-going and mello for a toddler with an older sister/mother.
Allen
Adorable Allen describes him perfectly right now. He is happy and most content when others talk to and smile at him. He will then respond by grinning from ear to ear. He also loves to babble, coo and grunt.

Reminds me of the time they colored themselves with side walk chalk. (:
